Aurex EA

What is Aurex?

Aurex is a rules-based expert advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4. It runs six checks before placing a trade: an entry signal, swing structure, volume, a gap filter, the higher-timeframe direction and a news window. It sets its stop and target from swing structure, then trails the stop. See how it works →

How much does it cost?

$100 a month on one plan, and you can cancel anytime. It includes full access to the EA, licence activation on your MT4 account and setup support.

Does it work on MT5?

Aurex is delivered as a compiled MT4 file. Ask us on WhatsApp about other platforms.

Can I adjust the settings?

Yes. Lookback periods, buffers and filter thresholds are all adjustable inputs.

Does my computer need to stay on?

Yes. An EA only runs while MT4 is open and connected, which is why many traders use a VPS. More in the setup guide →

Results & risk

What's the win rate?

We don't publish win-rate or return figures. Results depend heavily on the account, broker execution, market conditions and the settings used, so a headline number would describe somebody else's setup, not yours.

Can I lose money using Aurex?

Yes. Aurex is a trade-automation and decision-support tool, not a guarantee of profit. Trading forex, gold and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk, and you can lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent financial advice where needed.

Is the decision log on the homepage real?

No. It's an illustrative simulation of how Aurex's checks work. It is not a record of real trades or results.

Brokers & IB

Do I have to use one of your partner brokers?

You need an MT4 account to run Aurex. Our partner brokers are an option, and we'll help with onboarding if you open through us.

What's an introducing broker (IB)?

An IB refers clients to a broker. Your account is opened and held directly with the broker, under their own terms and regulation. We may receive a commission from the broker when you trade, at no extra cost to you.

Are you affiliated with these brokers?

No. PipsAndBeans isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or a subsidiary of Octa, IC Markets, XM or Vantage. Each is an independent, separately regulated company.

I already have an account. Can I switch my IB?

With Octa, yes, using the switch link. For other brokers, message us and we'll check.
